




I don't see what's wrong with him asking what he wants. He won't get any hits, but it's his business to ask what he wants for it. 57K original miles on that car to boot? That's low mileage for sure.
I wouldn't put it past anyone to pay 5~5.5K for that car. It's really clean. Remember, he is likely trying to recoup some of his losses from bodywork to repair the damage from the rear-end collision.
I agree. Yea, nobody is going to pay 7k for it, but keep in mind, not everyone in the used car market spends the day trolling forums and offering people what they have in their wallets. I know when the time comes to sell my se-r, it's going on craigslist because all I'll get here is low offers and GLWS bumps.
I think eventually people here will realize that these cars aren't exactly collector's items, but there will always be a cult following. Will they ever be as popular as old school hot rods? Hell no. But that's not why we all enjoy them anyway. One man's junk is another man's treasure, right?
