Identify these plugs?
So I got this car a little while ago and im running into a few ghetto rid things i'm wondering what they go to. Also after identifing these wires, could someone help me with what wires i connect to (maybe throw up a picture or something) for an Apexi turbo timer, i wana make sure I do it right before I start splicing into stuff.

First picture is coming from the bottom of the steering column, yellow plug can't seem to figure out where the other end plugs into (horn doesn't work, thinking maybe this has something to do with it, but does it have anything to do with the air bag?)

Second picture of a plug coming down from behind the dash drivers side, like in the corner above the clutch....when removing the pin in it the car doesn't start or do anything when i turn the key...maybe something with ignition or starter or something?

Second one is most likely the clutch interlock, which looks like is being bypassed by a paperclip. Does the car start without depressing the clutch?

I havent tried starting it without the clutch pushed in, in gear (for obvious reasons) although i think i recall almost doing it but realize and turn it off before it fully started up. I can when the car is in neutral tho lol. Where does that plug in at? I'd like to see if theres a reason why it was by passed.

I was afraid of that. There is no passenger side air bag (removed) and im worried if I plug it in it will throw a CEL. Also not sure where it plugs into anyway, i can't find the female end. Would it be safe to just try and plug in, or.....?

The second picture is clutch saftey switch, he by passed it becuz it didn't work. I wonder if its an easy fix or what I'd need to do to fix it. Not a big deal, but i hate ghetto riggin stuff if I can avoid it

If there's no passenger airbag, then your airbag light on dash would be lit up, unless he took the bulbs off the cluster. I think previous owner disabled steering wheel airbag since it's missing the pass side. That plug plugs into the back of the steering wheel airbag.

I think he might have taken the bulb out, but if I plug that driver side in and take the passenger out of my wrecked 98 SE, can i just do that? Plug them in and be good? or does something need to be reset..etc?

I don't know Jack Shit about B14's, but there should be a switch on the clutch pedal for the clutch interlock, and assuming it has cruise, a second switch nearby.

Personally, I bypass the interlock switch myself, so I can just lean in the window, and crank the car over when I'm working on it. The downside to that is those nights when you've had one too many, and start the car in gear, and launch it off the pier.
