Thread: specific ecu with a ve

i have 98 200sx with 1.6 manual to 2.0 ve swap. i already have by nistune board and already tuned. was thinking about picking up another ecu, will a 98 manual ser ecu work on my car and with nistune?? was told no in the beginning and trying to figure out why? thanks
