Thread: Car bogs out makes weird sound when revved in neutral (vid inside)

Whatup everyone? Just recently got done changing my valve cover gasket and a basic tune up. It has solved my previous problem of a rough idle, but know when I give the car some gas in neutral, it wants to bog down. It also makes a weird click sound. I have a video attached.
