Throttle cable position

Does the throttle cable go under or over the intake pipe? Does it even matter? I forgot how mine was positioned.

I made a judgement call. Went with over the intake pipe, it looks like it's suppose to be that way.

Alot of people run them behind the motor, under the intake manifold, it looks cleaner.
