Short Throw Shifter
What is the best place or web site to get a good manual short throw shifter? The reason why i am asking is because i just bought a 1995 200sx se-r a week ago and the people that sold it to me cut it shorter an glue the shift knob to it an i need to replace it. I just found this out a few days ago!

i purchased from acekogyo (i think) from ebay. it was like $30 shipped. seems to be high quality, and has a pretty good lower bearing in it FWIW.

i see do you know any other brand that is good? jw i also was looking at a megan racing header 2" are they a good brand? because they (last owners) try to weld it back together by (like 1 1/2 to 2 inches away) the flex pipe an now i have a air/exhaust leak! i was also trying to look for a good catback they never put exhaust on the car?

Fidanza or b&m. While you're doin this change your rear motor mount shifter stabilizing bushing and replace shifter mount with 7/16 sway bar bushingremember to grease the ball heavily.

Just find a new stock lever and put it in a vice and knock the mount portion to where the bend is.

Since the Pacesetter shifter is no longer available, I recommend people just modify the stock shifter by sliding the pivot ball higher on the lever. There is a description of how someone did it on the forum.
