Neo vll vs sr20de transmission

Hi guys,

I got a nissan 200sx se-r sr20de 1995 with the stock lsd transmission, yesterday i broke a gear.. and i cannot find anywhere a tranny to replace it. But i found someone that is selling a tranny for sr20 NEO VLL. do you know if it gonna be bolt on ?
