Any grease will work, as long as its some sort of lithium. Black lithium is what I prefer.

Update: The car goes in gear with no problems at all and drives fine. However, there is a whine noise that happens when I am coming off of the clutch pedal, kind of like the noise that a band saw makes when cutting wood. It does this in just about every gear, especially when I down shift. What could be the cause of this noise?

Do you mean from say third gear to second gear? This sound is normal if you dont match the revs of the engine to the speed of the transmission. Your bearings may be worn in your transmission as well. What type of gear lube are you using?

Yeah, you could say that. It was odd because it did not make that sound until after the new clutch install. Bearings in the tranny should be fine because there were no noises before the clutch replacement. The clutch is a Spec Stage 3+ if that matters. As for the gear lube, I used redline MT90 which is the first time I used that oil. The last time I changed the gear fluid, I used a different weight but the same Redline brand.

Not likely, syncro noise happens when you're going into gear. When that happens, you have a hard time putting the car into and when it does go into gear you feel and hear a loud grind. The noise I experience is when I'm coming off the clutch pedal. My car goes into gear very smooth with no problems.

Its very hard to describe noises, and accuratly picture them over the internet.

Update:
The clutch in question is a Spec Stage 3+ clutch.
I called Spec and spoke to one of the techs and told him about the noise and he said the noise is due to the material of the clutch disk and I didn't do anything wrong during the install. He also said the noise is normal for that clutch. Now that we know the cause of the noise, this thread can be closed.
