Thread: OG axis wheel fitment question

Hi guys I own a 1997 200sx se-r. I want to purchase these wheels.

axis oldskool rims and tires packages. axis oldskool machined w/ black wheels and tires packages at WheelsNext.com

The link says they will not work, and I assume it is an offset issue, so would I be able to buy a spacer for them to work? They are +20 offset at 8" wide.

They will fit Ive seen lower offset wheels on a b14 before, the wheels might have a slight poke in the front though.

They should fit just fine.I had 15x8 Sportmax with a 15mm offset,and they were fine.Most wheel distributors are obligated to tell you they won't work unless it's almost an OE size and offset,to keep people from trying really whacky wheel/car combos I suppose.Liability is always an issue.

Alright thanks, im about to pull the trigger on these in the next few days or so. If you dont mind me asking what size tire did you run on the 15x8's?

I used those wheels for my autocross tires. 275/35-15 Hoosier A6's.

IMO, these wheels look better on a B13. Looks out of place on a B14.
