I pulled the cover completely off a few days ago. Since I've been seeing it every day this week it's actually got me kinda excited to start working on it again!

Nope, people have been telling me its a ground. But I have no clue where to look. Even if the car is completely off, keys out of the ignition, I can hit the brakes and those lights will turn on.

Check the wiring behind the radio, there's a wire back there that will blow that fuse if it's not properly grounded or tapped off...

This sounds realistic, I changed the radio not too long ago. Any idea what it looks like? Im going to check it out later on today.
