Bringing this thread back from hiatus.

Started working on my B14 today to get it back to road worthy status since it's been sitting for over a 1.5 years.

Removed both stock B14 rear calipers, pass side was sticking due to piston seized and driver side wheel barely was able to spin freely.

Went to local junkyard today to pull a non-abs Altima master cylinder. Installed in anticipation for next weekend brake upgrade job: NX2K fronts with saved old school Powerslot rotors and Maxima A32 caliper/B15 caliper bracket on JDM NX2K 258 mm rear discs (thanks goes to @Keo for the rear brake setup advice). Techna-Fit braided lines will also be going in.

Slowly but surely, this B14 Get It Running Project is off to a start.

that's what I wanted to do for my rear brake setup, are those rear discs vented or solid? jw

Waxed mine this week, first a cleaner compound and then 2 1/2 coats of real wax. It's a 98 and really amazing how well Nissans superblack holds up, being the origina paint. A guy I ran into over the weekend said the paint looks "beautiful"
