I can go faster than that but I don't... I do think there is a time and place for everything such as you get a huge strait away with no on ramps on the highway and no other cars on the freeway then I'd say ok, your only gonna kill yourself.. Just be careful when your doing this man.. 1 other car on the road that could be a family that you crash into and kill... You want to live knowing that you killed a family being stupid and irresponsible?

Everyone races gandy.. It's still public road and not safe, not legal. They don't maintain the road the same way that a track would..

I'm from Largo/Seminole. But, I'm up in Vermont right now (possibly for awhile)

This is one thing I do not like about this forum. everyone just wants to judge people asap based of their assumptions. Noone ever answers any questions and if they do answer it question, the first answer is "go search". Everyone wants to be the "I did that" guy. Did he ask if he did it in a good place or if it was smart at all? We can all assume it was stupid but thats not helping or answering his question. He didn't try to prove anything to anyone I think he was more proud of his car doing it than anything.

I see where you're coming from. But as soon as he posted, and I saw where he is from, I knew exactly where it was done. I've lost two friends there in the past 4 years. It is the MOST known place for high speed wrecks via street racing in the area. Just hit a soft spot for me.

But you addressed his post correctly even asking for more info and then you even answered as best you can. You then later mentions the safety hazards. You were fine. Others only made 1 or two judgemental posts having nothing to do with the questions on hand as usual.
