^ You just read my mind. That is what I want to do so badly to make my car handle properly.

Front, stock bar with ES bushings/links.

Rear, bend the beam, after that add the Progress sway bar to full stiff.

Amazing how you literally scanned my brain and typed up that response. And you are two years older than my dad. I bet you two would have some fun stories to tell...

One of the best investments on my b14 was getting a rear bar and getting the rear beam bent. A lot of people chalk the ST bar up... but i actually like it.

Everyone will say that bending that beam is the best. I need to get it done. Lifelong dream status. I need to do it.

I have the set up with Hyperco springs and AGX struts. At 3/4 stiff on the Progress bar, I could still feel a little push (that's NASCAR speak for understeer). I set the bar to full stiff but have not had a chance to run it hard. New tires on the way, so I'll see what happens at the next track event.

Progress is the way to go for a RSB. I had mine on 3/4 stiff and could get lift oversteer! But I had front and strut tower bars and whiteline 4pt underbrace.

Also the rear beam bending is great but the B14 can still benefit from additional torsional rigidity in the rear by adding a rear sway bar.

This thread has turned into good knowledge from experience with others and I enjoy reading it. I would love for some of this info to hit in Shawn B's thread.

granted every setup is different and will react different.
on my setup (tein ss/stock front sway/NO rear sway,~-.10* front camber/rt615's) the first corner (lift throttle) on the outside road course at 08 vegas convention the rear was coming around. later as the tires warmed it became a matter of using the throttle to understeer/oversteer.
when my car goes back together i'm gonna have the front camber set to -1.5*. plus i re-installed the st rear swaybar i've had hanging around for the past 8 yrs or so. if i end up doing 360's on my first road (test) ride i'll ship some of the crap from my shorts free to anyone/anywhere
