lol im not new since i grew up around it, dads been president of nwda for years, and im just used to it. 21 is my age. Im just tired of ricers who only think street racing is the fun way to enjoy a car. I want mine to be fast, but a show car as well. Just dont be apart of that forum, since its goign to be known as a street racing group, thats all i wanted to advice people of, is that its only for street racing.

Unfortunately that IS the car scene, as stratton sort of indicated. I would go to cruise in's, locally, and after a few weeks I just couldn't take the BS anymore, so I stopped going. Drugs, Minors in posession of alcohol, kids doing burnouts with one wheel wonders, etc.

There's only a few clubs in El Paso, that don't do stupid things. Either Deanslist.us, or the old school hot rod clubs. They're the mature crowd, that is actually welcomed by El Paso. The kiddie events are shunned, due to the illegal activities that follow.

Yep! The thing that makes it awful, though, is when kiddies are street racing home from their little cruise in's, and they end up losing control of their vehicle, killing themselves and their passengers. That happens almost too frequently in El Paso. And of course, alcohol is almost always involved.

man growing up around datsuns, and the groups we hung out with people never did that. we just enjoyed talking about cars, then cruzin to start street pizza..gettin pizza and talking. Going on drives with a big group up to st helens, just to enjoy eachother. Im tired of these lil homie wanabes. I want to put a group together thats like the old days..
