What kind of Exedy? I ran a Stage 1 clutch/Disc for about 8 months without any issues, awesome quality. Now I am still using the PP but got a 6 puck disc.

how crappy are e-bay headers? I assume they're questionable compared to a quality race header,but definitely better than a restrictive exhaust manifold...

Get the SSAC like header, they are good quality. Make sure they have 2.5" DP.
