Thread: Whats a good price for a clean 200sx SE-R

Hey,
I have a chance to pick up a 1995 200sx se-r, car is real clean, full power, it also has a sunroof, and a/c works. Anyways the car is near mint. It is being sold for $2500. Do you guys think it is a fair price?

I'd say thats a more than fair price, whats the mileage on it? Where is the car from?

check for rust but yes it does sound like a good price.

Check for rust in the trunk area below the trunk striker, The usual spots in the rear quarter panels. Other areas to check is the rear window trim, and inside door jams,right by the door hinges. If there is no rust in any of those spots I'd say it's worth the money/other than the mileage. I bought mine for $2700 CASH almost 5 years ago.

Mileage is about 150k. But it runs good. It does feel a bit slower/lazier than my old 92 se-r, is that normal? Ill check for rust the next time I see it and hopefully will bring it home then.

Might just need a tune up, plus the b14s were a slight slower than the b13s. Nothing a high port cam can't solve

Dude, I say hope on the car. Like everyone else said, if there is no rust, clean title, take it. The car is real clean from what I see in that picture, and the mileage is fair. If I had a chance I would take it easily. Good luck, and very clean B14!
