Resetting Base Idle and Ign
How exactly do you reset the base idle and ign on a 98' 200sx SE-R?
Thanks

You can get the car into timing mode and after doing that you adjust the idle adjust screw to your desired rpm. It's best to have a good timing light that shows true rpm, but you can use the stock tachometer... but some say its not as accurate.

Make sure the car is in timing mode. Check your timing before and after.

Where exactly is the idle adjust screw and the throttle sensor on 98's ?
and how do I tell when it's at 750 rp?

Well I found this on the other forum is it same for 98's?
Start car and let idle until engine is warm.
- Hold throttle at 2000 RPM for two minutes.
- Turn off engine and disconnect throttle sensor.
- Start engine, rev twice to 2000 RPM.
- Adjust the idle speed to ~750rp using the idle adjust screw, located near the oil filter.
- Shut down the engine, connect the throttle sensor, and start the engine.
- The engine should now idle at out 800RPM.

sorry for the newb questions O_o.
Thanks for the help.
